Initiate Your Request

Prepare the Package
Safely pack the unused items in their original packaging, ensuring all manuals, hardware, and protective materials are included to prevent damage during transit.
Ship Items Back
Affix the provided shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location; please keep your tracking receipt for your records.
Receive Your Refund
Once our warehouse inspects the returned garden supplies, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
